2025 ACTIVITY REPORT Activity report of 113.org

Substandard housing? At 113.org, we start from a simple observation: social exclusion often comes down to concrete needs that are still going unaddressed.

In 2025, we continue to act where vulnerabilities take hold, turning invisible needs into tangible solutions.

2025, a pivotal year

Our programmes are scaling, our impact is growing, constantly adjusted and refined.

In 2025, 138 informal entrepreneurs supported through formalisation and business development, with an 82% positive outcome rate. 150 solo entrepreneurs supported through their first hire, with the launch of PLUS1, our new programme dedicated to them. 513 residents of run-down co-owned buildings informed and advised on tackling substandard housing conditions. 15 middle school students from priority education areas engaged in their first professional experience.

What's next?

Scaling up the solutions that have proven their worth: across new territories, with partners who share our conviction.
